Beloved, you are created for this day.
The Lord delights in you. He is the source of the life in your lungs — in and out — right now. Through all the quiet mundane, the sorrow seeping into your bones, or the joy pouring out of your full heart, there is purpose here for you today — wherever He places you.
The Lord calls you Beloved, as each of your days is woven into the fabric of His will to unite all things in Him — the things in heaven and the things on earth. You matter today, as He intricately brings His children closer to full union with Him.
May your breath praise His name. May the work of your hands glorify His goodness. May your heart sing of His faithfulness. For you are His Beloved, created for this day.
“In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.”
