Refund policy

All orders are handled with great care. Your excitement and satisfaction when receiving artwork is important to me, so please read below to see how I can help you.

Please note that all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. Each piece is made or printed to order, and I take great care to ensure quality and accuracy.

That said, refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis—but only in situations where the issue was within my control (for example, if you received the wrong item or there was a production error). If something isn't right with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Refunds will not be granted for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect address provided at checkout

Damage during shipping (though I’ll help you file a claim if needed)
