The original painting is 48x36in, from the collection Echoes of the Garden: A Year in Bloom.
The Flowers of March —
Mint: virtue (+ Passionflower: faith that circumstances will improve)
Lily of the Valley: return of happiness (+ Protea: to transform a bad situation into a good one)
Larkspur: glory, victory, success (+ Chamomile: energy to overcome hardship)
Edelweiss: courage, daring
Yarrow: cure for a broken heart
Thyme: courage, strength

Here, the hush of winter awakes to the whispers of spring as something brave begins to stir. Beneath a surface that once felt barren, quiet roots press deeper and wider — anchoring themselves in unseen strength. The soil still aches as it slowly arises after a long stretch of hibernation, but the soft arrival of change becomes an assurance to cling to — the sun lingering a little longer; the air carrying the faintest of warmth; the deep greens of the earth becoming a foundation for wondrous, tangled growth. This is the where the in-between lives, as longing and faith share the same breath. Brokenness takes the first steps toward its mending — not with sudden blooming, but with unrelenting and untamed courage. Here, neither recent grief nor distant joy are forgotten. Instead, they become the perfect fertilizer for the Gardener to gift the soil, like a promise of beauty to come that is far richer than what the soil could bring on its own. Here, in the presence of the Gardener’s great Promise, Resilience is deeply rooted.
about CANVAS prints

DETAILS FOR PURCHASING
Please note that the standard sizes might have slight cropping from the edges of the original image, and colors on screen may vary from colors on print.
All reproduction prints are printed on high-quality archival canvas with a satin finish by a trusted fine art printer.
Please allow about 2-4 weeks between time of order and delivery, as these are created made-to-order.
ROLLED CANVAS
Rolled (un-stretched) canvas is shipped in a tube for safe travel. These prints provide easy framing options, especially for smaller sizes. These work well with most frames you find at home decor stores. For larger sizes, you can take them to a framer for custom framing.
For extra large prints that are not available stretched: you can purchase it rolled, and then take it to a framer to get it professionally stretched, if desired. Please email me if you'd like to add a an extra 3 inch border, which is needed for stretching.
STRETCHED CANVAS
Stretched canvas has a "gallery-wrapped" style 1.5 inch depth, just like my original paintings on canvas. These prints are ready for hanging as-is, or you can take them to a local framer to be professionally framed.
If you are in the Greater Vancouver area and are interested in getting a stretched print framed, feel free to email me for framing recommendations!
